What We Do ...
Presentation Rentals provides audience voting system rentals and setup for live interactive meetings and events. Audience Response Systems are also called audience voting, keypad voting, and voting systems. For these events, each audience member is given a keypad. Questions are presented on screen allowing each participant the opportunity to key in their response using their own personal keypad. The results are presented immediately for real-time feedback and discussion.
What We Provide...
Presentation Rentals will provide all the necessary audience response and audio visual equipment needed for the event. One of our audience response specialists will work closely with you and your staff prior to the event on the content and questions for incorporation into the PowerPoint slide show.
On-site, we will provide a certified audience response system technician who will operate the equipment and support the event.
