Delivery and Setup

From a boardroom presentation to a trade show, annual company event, or even a party, the Presentation Rentals team delivers the equipment you need and provides on-site setup and support services to contribute to the success of your next event.

We deliver to the following locations:

• All corporate clients and individuals within the metro Seattle/Puget Sound areas and surrounding cities.
• Seattle/Puget Sound area hotels, restaurants, & meeting facilities.
• Conference, trade show, and exhibition centers.

Delivery and pick-up rates are based on proximity of your event location to our office, and whether or not the delivery and pick-up time is during normal business hours of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Please call for a specific delivery and pick-up quote,

Rental reservations received by noon can be delivered that same day if you need it! Will-Call orders are also available from our Seattle office.
